This policy covers PocketFront's own website and intake process. Each app PocketFront builds gets its own privacy policy specific to that client's business, since Apple and Google require one per app submission.

1. What information is collected

When you submit the intake form on this site, the following is collected: your website URL, your preferred pricing tier, an optional brand color, and your email address. The form is handled by Netlify Forms, which stores the submission and emails it to PocketFront's inbox. It is not used or stored anywhere else.

2. How it's used

This information is used solely to prepare a personalized preview of your website running as an app, and to communicate with you about that project. It is not used for any other purpose.

3. Information is never sold

PocketFront does not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, ever.

4. Third-party services

The following third-party services may process limited data as part of delivering the service:

Netlify, which hosts this website and processes intake form submissions
Zoho Mail, which hosts PocketFront's business email
OneSignal, used within delivered apps for push notifications, which processes device tokens (not personal identity information) for the purpose of sending notifications
Flutterwave (and Paystack, where used), used to process payments, which handle your payment details directly and never share full card information with PocketFront

5. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Google Fonts may be loaded from Google's servers to display page typography, which involves a standard font request to Google but no personal data collection by PocketFront.

6. Data retention

Intake form submissions and email correspondence are retained only as long as needed to complete a project and for reasonable record-keeping afterward. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing the address below.

7. Your rights

You can request to see, correct, or delete any personal information PocketFront holds about you by contacting hello@pocketfront.dev.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
